Es weihnachtet jetzt sehr.
In Frankfurt wird nächsten Mittwoch der wunderschöne Weihnachtsmarkt eröffnet und aus New York habe ich ein Mitbringsel seit meiner Rückkehr, dass nur darauf wartet, am Montag, 15.12. verschenkt zu werden.

In Germany we got this wonderful Christmas traditions. What you see above is an Advent calendar. Its like a countdown called Advent. We grow up getting a
calender filled with chocolate and will open a little door every day.
Its such great fun that we never really get over it. And then there is theX-mas markets starting at the end of November which just gets you in the right mood: drinking Glühwein (red wine, cinnamon, orange peel,bennet, anise et al.) eating Bratwurst and meeting up with friends in front of a magic medival city like Frankfurt and a brightly lit tree.
